LOVE THE BOOK OF ROMANS... BE ENCOURAGED!!!!

Sometimes the pain is to fresh to wrap your mind around this...  But please have faith that in the most difficult trials, events, and tragedies.  Our God, the KING OF KINGS is already working and is by your side.  He will give you Treasures in the Tragedy and even a way to kick the enemy right in the face.  Which makes me happy...  We need to always remember WE WIN....

You may not understand everything that’s going on in your life right now, but I encourage you to keep your head held high. Know that God is working in your life.  Be faithful. do the right thing, knowing that in the end God is going to turn things around in your favor. If God is for you, who can be against you? No one. Greater is the One who is in you than anyone who can be against you. No matter what’s going on around you today, you can put a smile on your face, knowing God is working things together for your good because He loves you!
"and we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose"    Romans 8:28
The Book of Romans is an awesome book to read. Study and just get in you....

SPEAK LIFE!!!!!!!!!

Think before you speak!
Negative, fearful, bitter words are like rotten fruit.
POSITIVE, FAITH-FILLED WORDS ARE THE PATH TO NEW AND WONDERFUL SEASONS OF LIFE!!!!
"God Your word says that You are for me, and because YOU are for me, no one can stand against me."
"Father, YOU promised to never leave me or forsake me.  Even when I can't feel it.  Even when it feels like the world's against me.  YOU ARE WITH ME!!
Now that is good stuff...
Proverbs 18:21
The tongue has the power of life and death,  and those who love it will eat of it's fruit.

Leah
 was ugly
Joseph was abused
Moses had a stuttering problem
Gideon was afraid
Sampson had long hair and was a womanizer
Rahab was a prostitute
Jeremiah and Timothy were too young
David had an affair and was a murderer
Elijah was suicidal
 Isaiah preached naked
Jonah ran from God
Naomi was a widow
Job went bankrupt
John the Baptist ate bugs
Peter denied Christ
The Disciples fell asleep while praying
Martha worried about everything
The Samaritan woman was divorced, more than once
Zaccheus was too small
Paul was too religious

AND Lazarus was dead!

No more excuses now!! God can use you to your full potential. Besides you aren't the message, you are just the messenger.

IF THE HOLY SPIRIT HAS A CHANCE AT US - HE CAN MAKE SOMETHING OF US

DEVOTION---

God will indeed lead you out of the wilderness.  The wilderness experience of these past years have been hard for you.  Many of Gods people have been wounded and lost hope, and some have even lost faith.  But, God said that in this season you shall regain all that you have lost, and you shall see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.  God will bring blessings to you to demonstrate not only His goodness, but it shall be a sign that what He has spoken to  you is true and shall come to pass....  Encourage Yourself--  Encourage Yourself!!!!  Forget those things that are behind you, GET ready for a great crossing-over, for your are about to cross over into a new level of anointing, power and glory.  There will be a greater demonstration of Gods kingdom...  All that is required of you is to rise up and say,  "I'm going!  I'm going with the Lord... I'm going to cross over into the goodness of the Lord."

DON'T EVER FORGET IN THE DARK WHAT GOD HAS SHOWN YOU IN THE LIGHT!!!!!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH THE SEED?

The crowds have left, family members have gone home, the casseroles have quit showing up and the boys are back at school.
I sit here at home with reality settling in.  In the quite, stillness of that moment a mass amount of of emotions begin to come to the surface.  I knell down in front of a table that we all put together, there are photo's of Cody, his sport trophies, his shoes, a little waterfalls, the Bible and a box which contains Cody's ashes.  I begin to cry and cry out,  "Lord why me, why Cody?  Where do I go from here?  Even a plead to take me cause this pain is more than I can bare."
I hear the softest voice full of compassion and love reply...  "Why not you?  You have a box of ashes and a seed... Gail, what are you going to do with the seed?

It is a disillusion and even a down right lie from the enemy that causes us to believe we are exempt from tragedy.  So as the Lord asked me I would have to ask you.  When tragedy strikes we are always left with a seed.  What have you done with your seeds???
Something to think about...

Blessings

THE JOURNEY

June 29 2006  ( 2 months into my grief journey )

Straight from my journal....
THE JOURNEY
I can't stay here,  I must move forward-
Time keeps moving forward and so must I-
I can't stay here cause Gods word is always going forward...
Philippians 3:14
Paul says that he moved forward towards "the upward call of God in Christ Jesus"
It is my walk with God that will move me forward into a larger life with God....
The Lords plan for my life is pure and simple, specially during this time of grief.  He has shown me...
Oh Gail, what is good:  and what does the Lord require of me  But to do justly.   To love  Mercy and to walk humbly with my God.
My Prayer...
Lord may I humbly walk with You,  take my hand and guide me through every moment of every day.  Anoint my mind-mouth-hands and feet.  Let me not miss what You are doing in me and my sons in this process.  Lord download wisdom in me as I truly don't know how to handle the things that are ahead of me...  keep me covered as I walk so very Raw- fill my loneliness with Your presents, fill my mind with Your thoughts, forgive me for my anger as I release it to You... fill my spirit with power as I witness to others  and Lord fill my family with HOPE again -Let us not forget Your call on our lives. I pray for good relationships as many have walked away and keep us healthy.  Help us to be a good witness- let us believe what we say- let us witness You at work through us...  Bottom line is I can't survive with out you....  In Jesus name Amen

It has been years since I looked at this prayer and wow I think I will continue to pray it....   Blessings
